I am a landscape photographer based near Strathaven, South Lanarkshire, where I live in the beautiful countryside with my husband Allan and two gorgeous young children, Ava, 3 and Alex, 1.

I was lucky enough to grow up on the Hebridean island of Islay which is where my passion for landscape photography began. My travels over the years have taken me all over the world and my camera was never far from my side. I have 2 holiday homes on Islay which I rent out as self-catering accommodations and when they are empty my family and I enjoy going back to Islay. It's stunning landscapes are constantly changing and I will never tire of photographing it. Islay will always be where I call home.

Despite having lived in Lanarkshire for over 5 years I am still discovering some stunning places such as the Spectacle E'e Falls at Sandford and so my portfolio grows and grows... I now use a Canon 1Ds Mark II Digital SLR which I love but I hope to one day venture into the tricky world of Large Format cameras.
